Weโ€™ll discuss how using food behaviours to cope with emotions is only a temporary distraction. Weโ€™ll also explore other ways to nurture ourselves, including different types of movement.

The focus will be on finding ease around food, so that we eat primarily when weโ€™re truly hungry.

Hypnosis is a completely natural state that we experience daily.

Whether weโ€™re on autopilot, daydreaming, or in a state of flow, we are, in essence, experiencing natural hypnosis.

While in hypnosis:
