Weโll discuss how using food behaviours to cope with emotions is only a temporary distraction. Weโll also explore other ways to nurture ourselves, including different types of movement.
The focus will be on finding ease around food, so that we eat primarily when weโre truly hungry.
Hypnosis is a completely natural state that we experience daily.
Whether weโre on autopilot, daydreaming, or in a state of flow, we are, in essence, experiencing natural hypnosis.
While in hypnosis:
